The NCWVA is seeking vendors in many categories who are committed to quality, integrity, reliability and excellence in customer service. These vendors must be willing to be measured by their years of experience, excellent service, on‐time delivery and high quality products/services. We invite all vendors to complete our Member Application and Agreement Form for consideration to join our association.

Prior to submitting an application, please be prepared to provide the following information. You will not be able to complete the registration process without this information. If requested, please include copies of all noted documents via snail mail or PDF.

  • Company information, including year s in business, mailing address, etc.

  • Primary contact information

  • Business license(s)

  • Health Inspection Certificate (for caterers only)

  • 3 References

  • How you heard about us

  • Business insurance information, including provider, limits, and expiration date(s). If applicable.


Criteria utilized by NCWVA to determine whether a Vendor will be accepted as a Member include:

  • References

  • Length of time in business in the state you are applying for membership

  • Excellence in customer service, follow‐up and follow‐through

  • Ethical business practices

  • Timely remittance of membership dues

  • Application and document completed in full and all requirements met (insurance, permits, licensing)

Terms and Conditions

  1. The Vendor is seeking to become a Member of NCWVA.

  2. The Vendor certifies that all information submitted to NCWVA is valid and correct and the Vendor understands and agrees that NCWVA may rely on all such information when considering the selection of the Vendor as a "Member."

  3. The Vendor understands that NCWVA will contact references, confirm information and investigate any information relating to the Vendor at the sole discretion of NCWVA, and that the results of such references, confirmations and investigations may be shared freely and without restriction to NCWVA and its clients.

  4. Vendor fees suspended for 2020 until the site is better optimized.

  5. The Vendor understands that should NCWVA accept the Vendor as a Member such approval will remain in full force, effective for one year from their enrollment date, after which time the Member is required to request renewal to the program & update information.

* One time application fee includes processing your application and setting up your listing on category page & creating a page within our directory for your business information

        Acceptance by NCWVA to the Member allows the Vendor the following advantages:

  • Vendors will receive NCWVA’s placement on NCWVA website in the one area/category selected. Placement on page is first come, first served.

  • NCWVA clients will be referred to the Vendor for professional services and/or products; via website links.

  • Once completed, NCWVA will place a link on NCWVA’s website to the Vendor's website.

  • Vendor will receive the opportunity to grow their customer base.

  • Vendors accepted to the NCWVA Member Program agree that:

        a) All NCWVA’s clients will receive services that shall be performed to the highest quality and in a professional manner,

            and all goods supplied shall be of the highest quality;

        b) NCWVA client expectations will be met enabling the Client to relax and enjoy their event

        c) If notified of any deficiency, whether orally or in writing, Vendor will immediately take whatever steps are necessary to rectify

            such deficiency to the standard required at its own cost.

        d) Vendor member agrees to display logo & apply link back to www.ncwva.com somewhere on their website

  • Throughout the term that the Vendor is a Member, they shall agree to hold NCWVA harmless and fully indemnified from any liability arising from services performed or goods supplied.

  • Vendor shall at all times comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, regulations and all lawful orders and guidelines of any duly constituted authority, and shall provide NCWVA with proof of current licensing as a business within their state.

  • NCWVA shall be entitled to rely on the representations and warranties given by any person or persons named in the application for Member status

  • The parties hereto agree that nothing contained in this Application shall be construed as creating an exclusive relationship between the parties.

  • Either party may terminate this referral agreement at any time by giving the other party ten (10) days prior written notice. Upon termination by either party all outstanding, annual membership fees will not be returned and will be willfully relinquished to NCWVA.
